Is there a specific place where we need to unload our equipment, or can we use the main entrance?

Many times we are allowed to use the main entrance, but occasionally the property management/ownership prefers using a separate entrance for contractors. Our equipment bags have soft rubber wheels that roll quietly and are not likely to be a nuisance.
If the main entrance is not viable, where should we enter?
Where should we park for the duration of the photoshoot?
Is a key/card required for access?
Is there a maintenance person available to assisit with unforseen issues?

Can the photographer control lighting inside/outside of the areas being shot?
Can the photographer turn off ceiling fans with a wall-mounted switch?
We always need ceiling fans OFF for photos.
If not, who should we contact for lighting adjustments (on/off/dim) and ceiling fan operation during the shoot?
Are any lights on timers?
If yes, can timers be overridden to turn them on/off manually? How?
If bulbs are missing or burnt out, are replacements available? Who do we contact? Will a ladder be required/available?
Is there a parking lot that will be visible in any of the photographs? (either an exterior photo, or a ground-level interior photo that overlooks a parking lot)
If yes, do we have the ability to block certain parking spots in advance to avoid cars blocking a desired view? Who can be available to assist with this task prior to the shoot date(s)?
Is there a WiFi network available for us to use?
Will there be a team member or security person to help direct traffic if needed?
Will sprinkers / irrigation system turn on without notice (on a timer)?
If so, please coordinate for irrigation systems to be turned off for the date(s) of the shoot. At best, sprinklers will ruin a photo. At worst, they will ruin very expensive equipment and potentially cancel the remainder of the shoot.
